Planting Process

●To begin planting, soak the jujube seeds in water for 24 hours. Once the seeds have soaked, place them into the holes of the plant growing cubes. Make sure to place the seeds with the pointed tip facing downwards. If the seed has a hard outer shell, lightly score the shell with a knife to help the seed germinate easier.

 

●Place them into a tray or a container fill with water, cover the container with a clear plastic wrap or lid to create a humid environment that will encourage germination. After germinating, they can be transplanted.

 

●When planting, be sure to keep the seed bed moist, but not too wet, as this can cause the seeds to rot. The ideal temperature for germination is around 77°F (25°C).

 

●Once the seeds have germinated, keep the plant growing cubes damp and well-aerated. The hydroponic system will provide the necessary nutrients to support early growth.
