1. Choose the Right Size Cube

    Place the cucumber seedling in the holes which are in the top of the cube. Cover the hole with a small amount of the planting cube. Be sure not to bury the stem too deep, as this can cause the plant to rot.

4. Water Regularly

Cucumbers have a high water requirement, so be sure to water the cubes regularly. Check the cubes daily to ensure that they are moist but not waterlogged.

5. Fertilize

    Phenolic planting cubes don't contain any nutrients, so you will need to fertilize your cucumbers. Use a balanced fertilizer that contains nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium.

6. Maintain Humidity

    Cucumbers thrive in a humid environment, so keep the cubes covered with a humidity dome or plastic wrap. This will help retain moisture and create a humid environment for the plants.
