Q: How about the quality control in your factory?
A: We strictly operate full QC process,such as incoming inspection,process inspection, final inspection. Each engine,generator and water pump must be tested in production line.
Q: What about the terms of payment?
A: 30% prepayment, balance be paid before shipping by T/T.
Q: What surface handing could you support ?
A: We can provide help buyer print logo on the foam and carton.
Q: If any defective products, how do you deal with ?
A: We have 1:1 replacement for the defective one.
